What do I do if I am missing a piece to my iCoaster set ? 

Don't worry you have two options. You can either:

• Call the toll free number at Mega Brands 1-800-465-6342 or
• send them an email via the website at http://www.megabloks.com/en/customerservice/age_requestform.php 

I tested both methods and found that sending an email via the website works best.

Be sure to specify the part number you are missing in the email. You can find the part numbers in the instruction manual or if you don't have the manual you can download one from the website at http://www.megabloks.com/media/playbooks/28396.pdf
